Yes — all of our timepieces are 100% authentic and carefully sourced. We stand by the quality of every item we sell.


🔹 How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 1-4 business weeks after processing.

  • International Orders: 3-6 business weeks depending on your country.
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


🔹 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs, duties, or VAT fees may apply depending on your country, and these are the buyer’s responsibility.


🔹 Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at watchvaultceo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues. (Full return policy details can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.)


🔹 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before ordering. If you notice an error right after purchase, email us immediately at watchvaultceo@gmail.com so we can try to fix it before your order ships.


🔹 What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
